Amorone Della Valpolicella Classico Doc
From 30 year old wines, the grapes are harvested in early October and left to dry on racks until mid January thereby incurring a weight loss of some 40% and gaining concentration.  This wine has a full bouquet showing vanilla and sweet fruits with a velvety mouth feel and rich, raisiny flavours.
